Bubbles in wine! Why not? Toast the day! By God you seized it, why not toast it with a drink that has been lifted above the rest? They say that Helen of Troy's breast fit perfectly in a coupe. Chicken or the egg I suppose, alas, we seem to think that we need a flute to consume it. This is wrong, alas, we have them if you must. An AP glass, will do it justice. All Purpose. We don't subscribe to ideas of glass makers and blowers to utilize different stages of glassware to drink from. We keep it simple. A clean glass to let the bubbles emanate and dance among your palate. You'll notice the phrase Pet Nat running around this section. This is farmer fizz. Fun stuff farmers drink will tending the fields. It's like beer and wine had a baby. Tell your friends. We love it! Why...because its easy and pairs well with food. Now, enough tomfoolery! When we think red, we tend to think domestic. It's comfortable. Our parents drank early California. Parker rubbed our noses in it. Well, we have some of those familiar faces.
